The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping therapy can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite. These are just some of the many benefits of this method.
If you're new to the Traditional Chinese Medicine method of cupping, please follow this link to a thorough explanation of this treatment:

I've been a client of Wellspring for several years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I not only do I feel relaxed after our session but also less rigid. I know I'm taking care of my body, mind, and soul.

I don't usually write reviews, but I can't even imagine getting through all my aches and pains without Regina. I started going to Regina after a really bad car accident. My chiropractor told me that once I see Regina I would never want to see anyone else, and that has proven to be true. She truly listens to what hurts, is unbelievably knowledgeable about the body, and I always feel a million times better after I see her. And beyond that, she is just a super good person - smart, interesting, and caring. She truly is gifted at what she does and I look forward to every session with her! Such a gem!!!

Regina is the best. Her knowledge of how the body works is ever expanding, her touch is experienced (she will help you get the most out of your session within your limits-this is a therapeutic massage after all!), and she’s just a caring and good person. My whole family sees her & has for years now, including my teen athlete. I’d recommend her to anyone without hesitation. . . but not too many people bc I still want to get in to see her myself;)

Sound bath was AMAZING It was a wonderful, soothing way to end my massage. Such a cool experience to feel the change in my body was the bowls were played—my body relaxed into the experience, my breathing became easier, it actually felt like a cool wind was blowing over me at one point. Would highly recommend! Would love an even longer sound bath next session.
